if you would like to see a concept (usually plushies or art) turned into a figurine, please dm me with pictures! i prefer to do drops so it balances the modelling and printing time✿ 3d modelled, printed, painted, uv resin

✿ no cancellation for anything if i've started a 3d print
✿ no cancellation for pc charms & beaded stuff if i've started on it
✿ i may allow refunds/cancellations but refunds will reflect how much time i've spent on it. ex. you want to cancel the custom order after i've already spent 1 hour on it; you won't be receiving the $17 back. [min wage here is $17/hr]✿ unless something was our fault, we will not be able to refund shipping cost
✿ we are not responsible for lost packages or issues after shipping
✿ USPS tracking is provided for all packages
✿ if you would like to pay extra for insurance, please indicate so.✿ if something goes wrong with an international order, please contact me.customs✿ customs (phase 2) will only be started after payment
✿ [for anything that requires 3d modelling] only 1 [major] revision allowed during modeling. please ensure you are communicating. i will explicitly state if the change you want is major, if i don't say anything, it doesn't count.* note: please be decisive and know what you want! >.<✿ i will be very clear before purchase if i feel confident to do your custom requestcustom fan grills have four phases:1. concept and design discussion - infinite* revisions; i provide a photoshopped preview.
2. 3d sketch - small adjustments are okay but only ONE major revamp is allowed.
_{small adjustment examples: moving the eyes. adding a heart on the edge. 3d sparkles to the eyes.}
^{major revamp examples: deleting my melody's hood and replacing it with kuromi's. replacing progress.}
3. 3d model extrusions - adding height and layers to the 3d model. revisions allowed.
4. 3d model painting - coloring the 3d model. revisions allowed ONLY before i print. once i print it, no more revisions. revisions will cost +20% of the original price.!! once a phase is completed, we're unable to move back and edit things from the previous. i typically indicate this by saying something along the lines of "if you're happy with this, we can proceed!"time & fulfillment✿ if you have a deadline (ex. gift), let me know; i will be very clear whether or not i can fulfill it before beginning.
✿ i will give you an estimated completion timeframe but i'm a full time student with an unpredictable schedule, so please be understanding. if you have any time issues at all let me know before hand so i can check my schedule!
✿ typical completion time is 1-3 weeks, earlier or later based on schedule.
